All customer information, all work in progress and all the necessary information is handled in real time to improve the commercial process on a permanent basis.
As part of this policy, we have developed applications that enable customers to consult the state of their account (orders, invoices, bills, payments…) in real time.
We have also developed an application capable of preparing estimates for cubicles covering both the HPL compact required together with the necessary hardware fittings.
In the year 2010, other functionalities will be included (incidents, non-conformities, electronic catalogue, requests for estimates…)
